MX-Contact is a Customer Relationship (CRM), Contact Management and Sales Force Automation package that
runs inside Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003. The system utilises all the standard functionality of Outlook but provides many additional features that transforms Outlook into a powerful CRM system.

MX-Contact allows you to track all interactions with your
clients, prospects or suppliers. Details of visits/meetings,
phone calls, documents and e-mails sent/received can be kept, all using the standard Outlook/Microsoft Office
components that you’re already familiar with.
Calendar/Appointments MX-Contact uses Outlook’s standard Calendar functionality but adds the ability to link an appointment to a Company, Contact, User, etc.
All linked appointments are seamlessly copied to the MXContact Public Folders so that anyone in the organisation can see who has scheduled activities with various clients. Task/To-Do Management Likewise Tasks can be added to reflect actions that need to be taken for a particular company or contact. These tasks are still stored in the responsible user’s Personal Tasks folder but a copy is maintained in the MX-Contact folders so that Account Managers can monitor who is doing what for each client.
